Wauchope Men’s Veteran Golfers

 

As you will see the table above is the results from the 1^st Round of the 2015 Championships, I have only included the top 20 or so in each grade for Gross and Nett scores, I hope they are useful. I thought I would be able to compose this message above the results, but my lack of expertise wouldn’t let me.

Tuesday 19^th May is the Final  Round of our Championships, so that makes it a Single Stroke, sponsored by the Wauchope Country Club also Round 5 of the Eclectic sponsored by Dennis Hughes and John Uncle. Thank you to those sponsors. There are about 10 spaces available on the Start Sheet if you are looking for a game. The Weather is predicted to Sunny with a chance of a shower, so it should be a good day. Just a reminder, score your card to the handicap which is printed on it, we will fix everything for the 36 Hole scores.

 Wednesday 10^th June is the Bus Trip to Wingham to play a Single Stableford event which is the 1^st leg of the Neil Grant Memorial Shield. At present there are 23 starters, of which 19 are travelling in the Bus, so there are a couple of seats vacant. Just a reminder it is an 8:15am Shotgun Start, $25 covers green fees + Roast Lunch + Raffle ticket. The Bus will cost $10 which is cheap. If you are requiring a cart please inform me, as Bill Osborne will arrange carts as required. I will be informing Bill of our starters and requirements next Wednesday.

The voting for a change in the Ball Rundown, from across the field to grades for individual events,  was in favour of the change to grades. This will commence on 26^th May. Sorry, I confused so many people with the proxy voting form, Iam claiming a “seniors moment”, it certainly wasn’t intentional.
