Welcome to the 17 new recipients of  the weekly update, in the process of getting our records correct I found the new ones. I send the emails each Sunday afternoon in an attempt to keep people informed of what is happening in the next couple of weeks or months. Next Tuesday 13^th January is a 4BBB Stableford event sponsored by Neil Hilder. Thank you, Neil. Looking at the time sheet there are 2 spots available so get in early. Dennis Hughes asked me to remind you , in 4 Ball and partnered events , the computer pairs you with the person next to you on the timesheet. Eg. In your timeslot players 1 & 2 are paired and players 3 & 4 are paired,  if that is not the way you want it, you need to change the order of the players in the computer.

 At Tuesday's presentation I spoke about the coming year and that we should have a real endeavour to win the Bill Medley Shield, to be competitive we require a good number of players to select the team in each event. The Shield is contested between all the  Vets NSW Zone 12 Clubs. The following dates and venues are listed so you can write them in your diary. Most clubs like to pair club members together with other clubs. (What I mean is, most cases you can nominate and play in the same group as your travel companion or playing mate). They are all Single Stableford events, even if you don’t make the team of the day you are still in the competition. The 2015 Calendar looks like this:
