The competition was sponsored by Street Smart Clothing, Wauchope.

Play was suspended due to the thunderstorm which hit the course at about 12:15PM subsequently, play was cancelled when rain and hail  persisted. At that stage approximately half the field had completed their round.

 The competition was divided into two groups, those who completed (18 holes) and those not completed their round (9 holes)

18 Hole Competition

Winners : Bob Harmer, Charlie Langham, Michael Sheldon, Fred Wells  92 points

Runner/up: Doug Currey, Ken Bennett, Barry Sligar, Ken Hayes  91 points

Nearest to the pin winner was Neil Grant  (4.14m).
Balls went down to 17 points.

 Next week’s event, Tuesday 5th November, is a visit by Harrington Waters Vets, playing for the Harri-Hope Shield  which is a Single Stableford.
