| Congratulations to Allen Cullen from Wingham and Clare Lee from
Muree who were the major winners at the NSW VGA Veterans Tournament at
Wauchope. |
| 130 golfers representing 51 clubs from Queensland to Tasmania,
enjoyed two days of golf in interesting weather on the beautiful but testing
Wauchope Golf Course at the beginning of September. |
| Others
came in to play one day only and a total of 144 golfers ended up
participating. |
| Golfers and friends attended the presentation dinner on Friday
evening where over $3,000 worth of vouchers, sponsored by Wauchope
Professional, Clarke Joyce, were presented to winning golfers. |
| The Wauchope event on the NSW VGA calendar has traditionally
been known as one of the friendliest, welcoming and best organised, and this
year was no exception. |
| Visitors enjoyed it so much, many are loooking forward to
returning in the first week of September next year, and bringing some friends
with them! See you there too! |
